Waiver and Liability: Winter Burn Off
In consideration of accepting this entry, (I), the undersigned, intending to be legally bound, hereby for myself, heirs, executors and administrators, waive and release all rights and claims for damages I may have against River Rand Bowl, NOAH, KRE Smokers, their representatives, successors, and assignees, for any and all injuries suffered by me and my team in this event. Further, I hereby grant full permission to use any photographs, videotapes, motion pictures, recordings and any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose. By signing this waiver I acknowledge that I have read and agree to abide by the competition rules of the Winter Burn Off contest. CLICKING BELOW IS THE SAME AS A SIGNATURE.
